Cancellation Policy

Session Rescheduling, Cancellation & No-Show Policy Clients may reschedule a coaching session with at least 24 hours’ advance written notice. Sessions may be rescheduled up to two times during the six-week program, subject to availability. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with fewer than 24 hours’ notice will be treated as a completed session, except in the event of a genuine emergency, which Ready Now Career Coaching LLC may address at its discretion. If a client does not attend a scheduled session and does not provide notice, the session will be considered a no-show and will be counted as completed. The coach will wait 15 minutes after the scheduled start time before ending the session. If the coach must reschedule, the client will be offered a comparable alternate time as soon as reasonably possible. Clients may cancel unused coaching sessions at any time by written notice. Unused sessions will be refunded at a prorated rate; sessions already completed, missed without required notice, or canceled late are not refundable. This coaching program does not guarantee a job offer, promotion, salary increase, or interview outcome.
